Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at requalify360.com or using any services provided by Requalify 360 ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services

Requalify 360 provides credit restoration services including but not limited to reviewing your credit reports, identifying inaccurate or unverifiable items, and submitting disputes to the three major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) on your behalf.

Our services are governed by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under the CROA, you have the right to:

• Cancel any contract with a credit repair organization without penalty within three business days of signing

• Sue a credit repair organization that violates the CROA

• Receive a detailed written contract before any services begin

• Not pay for services until they are fully performed

No Guarantee of Results

Requalify 360 does not guarantee specific results, including specific credit score increases or the removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary based on the nature of the items being disputed, the accuracy of information on your credit report, and the response of the credit bureaus and creditors.

We will never promise outcomes we cannot guarantee. Anyone who promises guaranteed score increases or guaranteed item removal is making representations not permitted under applicable law.

SMS Text Message Terms

Requalify 360 provides credit restoration services and sends SMS messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. When you opt in to our SMS program you can expect to receive messages about your credit restoration inquiry, account updates, service notifications, and appointment reminders.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 518-713-0095. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Requalify 360. By opting in you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your credit situation

• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

• Not attempt to dispute accurate information on your credit report

• Cooperate with our process by providing documentation when requested

• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements are the property of Requalify 360 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Requalify 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Requalify 360 in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Warren County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
